- Own every phase of your assigned projects from the first site walk to the final punch list
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors and hold the quality standard on every detail that matters
- Protect the budget like it's your own money and flag variances before they compound
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics so the trades are never waiting on you
- Walk your sites often enough to catch what's off before anyone else does
- Keep homeowners calm and informed with straight updates before they have to ask
- Spot problems early and resolve them without drama
What you won't do
- Sell the projects (our estimators handle that)
- Inherit a job with a vague scope and no budget
- Sit behind a desk all day
- Chase down leads or do marketing work
- Take on work you'd be uncomfortable putting your name on
- Get left without backup when a project hits a problem

Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US required.
3+ years managing residential construction, with time on high-end remodels.
Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and project management software is a plus.
