Construction Project Manager

Lead high-end residential remodeling projects across the DMV. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and make sure every homeowner has confidence in the process from demolition through the final walkthrough.

You've run jobs before.
These clients notice everything.

High-end residential remodeling in Bethesda and across the DMV is a different standard. The tolerances are tighter, the homeowners are more invested, and the finish work either holds up or it doesn’t. If that kind of craftsmanship is what you take pride in, keep reading.

You won’t be going it alone. Our estimators scope and sell the work before it reaches you, our crews know what the standard looks like, and management backs you up when a project hits a wall. Your job is to protect the client’s home the way you’d protect your own reputation. Because they’re the same thing.

The homeowner is trusting you with something that matters to them.

We’ll show you our systems, our pricing structure, and how we run jobs. The one thing we can’t teach is the instinct to sweat the detail nobody else caught, and the calm to keep a nervous homeowner steady while you fix it. That part is yours to bring.

What the job actually looks like

Here’s where your time and attention go, and what you won’t be left to handle alone.

What you'll do

What you won't do

What we've seen actually predict success here

Not personality traits. These are the things that have genuinely separated PMs who take pride in the finish from PMs who just get through the job.

1

You sweat the details others walk past

You catch the quarter-inch that’s off before the client points to it, and you get it corrected without making it a production. That standard is yours, not something we have to remind you of.

2

You keep demanding homeowners calm and confident

A remodel is stressful for the people living through it. You give straight updates before they’re asked for, deliver bad news without spin, and leave them feeling like they made the right call hiring us.

3

You hold subs to the standard without burning the relationship

Subcontractors do the work you tolerate, not the work you ask for. You walk the site, address what’s off, and preserve the working relationship so you can call on them again.

4

You protect the budget like it's your own money

You read the schedule, the lead times, and the crew capacity before something slips, not after. You anticipate the variance and bring it to the surface before it becomes a conversation nobody wants to have.

Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US required.
3+ years managing residential construction, with time on high-end remodels.
Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and project management software is a plus.
